Master layers are the layers you create for special effects. You can see master layers in the image window. If you have the foreground color set to black, the master layers appear as white.

Photoshop groups layers that belong to the same set. If you create a new group, like a news text banner or a primary color set, then the layers belong to the new group and become one group. Groups are especially useful if you have lots of layers that need to be managed and you don’t want to edit all the layers at once. You can manage a group of layers by either moving them around or merging them into one group.

Layers are defined as groups, but you can delete groups of layers by selecting them and then pressing the Delete key on the keyboard.

Notes: You can swap your image and master layers around by double-clicking. And you can move a master layer outside a group by pressing and holding the Alt/Option key and dragging it.

Click the OK button to set your preferences. You can find them by clicking the small window on the workspace that says Preferences.

You can get out of the preferences dialog box by clicking OK on the Workspace menu.

To hide the menus, press Ctrl+0 (or choose View⇒Customize⇒Disable Menus⇒Show All Menus) and then click OK.

And I redirect the URL to other page by setting $_GET[‘title’]. This works as intended, although the page that I send the form to does not have the name of that page.
However, if I use the value of the name of the page which I want to go to (in this case, the word “view”), this does not work. It is not redirected and instead I get error 404. I know the route exists because it works if I set the form’s action to localhost/path/to/route. I’ve tried using the name and id of the element, setting other hidden parameters to check for error or other errors, but I cannot get my form submission to work. What am I doing wrong?

Englewood, FL — An Englewood, Florida woman is being praised for her actions when her neighbor demanded she take down her Christmas lights. The woman — who has not been named — refused to comply and said she would call the police.

“As long as I’m living here in this house, I’m going to be keeping Christmas lights up,” the 68-year-old told KTRK. “That’s how I choose to spend my money.”

According to law enforcement, however, she did not have the legal right to decorate her home for the holidays — even though the city’s code allows it.

The WTHR reports:

Englewood code enforcement officials say they issued a warning to the homeowner and told her to take down her lights by 9 a.m. Friday. They then removed her Christmas lights.

Officer Raquel Miller says while the city’s ordinances permit Christmas decorations, the homeowner did not have a permit to operate a business.

“She needed to have a business permit for it to be a business, so I think that’s where she ran into a little trouble,” Miller explained.

Officer Miller says the woman can take the lights down and put up “something else” in its place, but there is nothing on the city’s website that states you have to obtain a permit to string up a Christmas light display.

This is not the first time that the woman has taken a stand against property control policies.

In December of last year, she also refused to take down her holiday lights after they were shut down by a code enforcement official. Instead, they made her sign a property maintenance agreement which she refused to sign. The agreement stated that the woman “permitted” any and all property control officers to enter her home to check on her and her property at any time.

The woman even referred to the property control officers as “the Gestapo.”

“I think they’re hateful,” she said at the time.

The Gestapo, however, seem to be on the side of the woman this time.

However, it would appear that the woman does not understand that property rights include the right to decorate your home for Christmas or other holidays.
