How to Configure
Before running the server, you must configure the user information for the administrator in the SMS, in the SMS Security Information area.
The SMS Security Information area is located in the SMS settings.
Using the SMS for Remote Administration
The SMS is an important part of The Lock XP Remote Administration solution.
You can use the SMS to remotely administer a workstation.
If the SMS administrator password has been set, you can use the SMS to view system information and to install applications and operating system updates.
You can use the SMS to manage permissions and configuration information for specific users and groups.
You can use the SMS to remotely start and stop applications.
There are several ways that you can use the SMS.
To remotely administer a workstation:
Open the SMS application.
Select the Remote Administration option.
Select the option to Add Remote user and enter the user name and the associated password.
NOTE: Before you can use the SMS for remote administration, you must set an administrator user name and password.
Click the OK button.
You can enter the user name and password in the SMS when you add a new user.
To see system information:
Select the System Administration option.
Enter the information that you want to view.
To install applications:
Select the Applications option.
Select the option to Install selected application.
NOTE: You can use the SMS to install application from the online repository.
To remotely start an application:
Select the Applications option.
Select the option to Start an application.
Click the OK button.
To remotely stop an application:
Select the Applications option.
Select the option to Stop an application.
Click the OK button.
To remote start a system:
Select the System Administration option.
Enter the information that you want to view.
To remote stop a system:
Select the System Administration option.
Enter the information that you want to view.
Click the OK button.
To manage user information:
Select the User Management option.
Enter the information that you want to view.
Click the OK button.
NOTE: You can use the SMS to manage remote users when you add or change users, when you change user groups, or when you define permissions for groups.

The Lock XP Security Manager Server (SMS) is a tool that manages a centralized administration and user management enviroment for The Lock XP.
The SMS can be used to configure remote security, monitor system usage, and control remote user activity.

The security setting for a computer can be configured via Windows Settings, which is the normal way of doing things. However, if you would like to manually manage a computer’s security, there are a few other ways of doing this.
NOTE: the purpose of this post is to provide a list of options and explain what they do.

Define a password to access any device that is in use (but not necessarily the computer itself). Any processes that access this device will be forced to log in with that password. The password must be strong, because access to a password protected computer is very dangerous to a user. The actual password is stored in the registry, but for convenience, the password is stored in an encrypted file, and the password is reset every time a new file is created.
Password Protect any device that is in use. The most common usage is to password protect a mobile device, such as a cellphone. However, you can password protect any device that is in use. For example, if you want to password protect a laptop, then you might lock the laptop when it is not in use. This requires you to physically lock the laptop when not in use. If you can use a password manager, then you can use the password manager to lock the laptop. If you do not have a password manager, then you can make a list of the computers you wish to password protect, and then lock each one individually.
You can lock any device that is in use, regardless of whether you use a password manager or not. You can also use a password manager to do this. In this case, the password manager will be used to maintain the passwords for the devices that are password protected. Duncan Johnstone (born 12 September 1985) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Largs Thistle. He also played for St Mirren, Ross County, Stranraer and Berwick Rangers.

Career
Johnstone made his debut for St Mirren on 17 August 2004, coming on as a substitute in the 2008–09 Scottish Cup first round match against East Kilbride which finished 1–1. After making three more league appearances, he was loaned to Ross County on 26 January 2009 until the end of the season. During his time at County, he made only one appearance as an injury substitute, coming on in the 1–0 victory over Alloa Athletic on 20 March.

He returned to Scotland in the summer of 2009, joining Stranraer. He was involved in their run to the 2010 Scottish Cup Final and their play-off semi-final loss against Hearts. He joined Berwick Rangers on a permanent contract in summer 2010.

Johnstone won a sixth place medal with Berwick in the 2011–12 East of Scotland Premier League.

Johnstone joined Dundee in July 2012, making his first debut for the club on 1 August in the Scottish Challenge Cup against Elgin City. The following month, he was sent off against Cowdenbeath in the Challenge Cup. Dundee won the match 4–2, with Johnstone sent off in the second half.

Johnstone’s career at Dundee was hit by injury, which made him miss most of the 2012–13 season. In August 2013, Johnstone joined Largs Thistle.
